Easy to install, very sturdy. I was worried, because lots of the skis we transport have racing bindings and they are mounted on plates. I thought maybe the bindings would scrape against the roof of the car when the skis were stacked onto it. But this rack gives nice clearance, even when mounted on factory crossbars. Fast Amazon shipping, and off we went to the ski hill.
